No: You will probably not experience weight gain with Strattera, (atomoxetine) however there is a possibility of weight loss. There is a chance that you will experience a decrease in appetite.

Atomoxetine: Per Drugs.com decreased appetite can occur in up to 24% of people take atomoxetine & decreased weight or anorexia in 1 to 10%. Really haven't seen reports about weight gain with this medication.
