See Below: Strattera (atomoxetine) can cause sedation. In addition, some people will have headaches, stomach complaints, and nausea. There may also be increased moodiness. In addition, some people have had changes in the heart rhythm, so some physicians will want to get occasional ekgs, especially with people who have histories of cardiac problems for themselves or in their families.

Atomoxetine: Some of the more common side effects of atomoxetine may include nausea, vomiting, constipation, GI upset, decreased appetite, weight loss, insomnia, drowsiness, feeling tired, dizziness, decreased libido & menstural changes.
