Intentional overdose: As it has been over 24 hrs since the ingestion pumping her stomach is going to be of no benefit-BUT depending on what she took,she may still close observation for sequelae and treatment.Getting her evaluated to check to discover if there has been any harm caused is still important.If this was an intentional overdose in attempt at self-harm then she should be evaluated to ensure her safety.Get help
