I took 8 tylenol and went to the hospital they didnt pump my stomach or give me anything to throw up just stayed a few days and left after they sent me to a mental hospital now im always full and cant eat much i always feel sick like nausea too ?

I assume ER team did not do stomach lavage or induce emesis because of you had taken the pills long enough so those measures are no longer effective. Acetaminophen level was checked and I assume they gave you the antidote, i.e. acetyl cysteine which probably causes your current stomach symptoms. Furthermore, if they believed your story, a total dose of 4 gm (8 x 500 mg) is not life threatening.
