Fibroids: Fibroids don't effect ovulation or libido but the stress of surgery can and scar tissue from myomectomy can decrease fertility. It may be that as you get further out from the surgery you will start ovulating. If not, it will be time to start looking into what is causing the failure to ovulate. The issue of desire may be related to depression because you aren't conceiving as fast as you would like.
