I am 36.had hysteroscopic myomectomy, single 6cm type 1 myoma removed on 14/8. lmp-10/8. irregular spotting till 5/9, no fever. started my period on 6/9, but it's still heavy, as was b4 sx. does it mean sx didn't help?

That's admittedly a little discouraging but it is still too early to be able to judge the success of the procedure. Your next one or two cycles will give you a much better sense of that.
