Had myomectomy jan 2019. was on clomid on 2nd day of period for 5 days, then hcg shot with 2.25mm follicle on 3/7, coitus: 3/8-3/11. on duphaston 3/11-3/20. had brown spotting 3/21. period due 3/22 but negative pt 3/23. can i still be pregnant?

Can retest in 10days: Today's home pregnancy tests are very accurate, but if done too early, a negative result may be due to testing too soon. A correctly done urine test will give a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. A woman can repeat the test if she did the first test too early, such as less than two or three weeks after having sex.
