Post op bleeding: Any surgical procedure involving the womb (myomectomy) can cause inflammation and contractions of the womb during a menstrual cycle can reopen areas of inflammed blood vessels, which will give the appearance of extended bleeding. This pattern shoud end soon, but if not, consult your surgeon who did the myomectomy.
