I have serotonin syndrome, but am still taking abilify 20mg and latuda (lurasidone) 40mg daily, will these keep my serotonin too high?

Talk to your doctor : These medications predominantly block dopamine. There is some serotonergic activity. If your symptoms of the serotonin syndrome have improved, your doctor may continue you on these meds. It really depends on how you are doing. About 1 month off of 15mg Abilify (aripiprazole) at bedtime, safe to take L-tryptophan 500mg 2-3 times daily regarding serotonin syndrome? Also taking a fat burner.
