Could be: Latuda (lurasidone) is a relatively new medication that is often used in treating bipolar disorder or in augmenting the effects of other antidepressants. As with all medications, how it,works for you may be different than how it works for others. One benefit is that it is weight neutral. With your diabetes, zyprexa is not an option. It is also not sedating like seroquil. Give it a try.
