Infection: Have you seen your dentist for treatment ? Previous answers to your questions discussed alternative medications due t your allergies... Salt water and peroxide will NOT solve your dental problems. Please consult with your physician and dentist and have yourself treated. That's the best advice.

See a dentist ASAP: Gum swelling is as big a risk to a person's oral health as tooth decay, and problems with the gums can lead to an infection and a loss of teeth.

Infection: Infected gums cannot be cured with salt water or peroxide. Swollen infected gums are eminently treatable, especially if caught early. The longer you delay, the more difficult and expensive to cure. I see that you have had a dental cleaning, but infection persists. Time to see a gum/bone specialist, a Periodontist. DIYs don't work. Call now. You'll be glad you did.
