1 tablespoon in 8 oz: Gum inflammation can be the culprit of many other diseases. While warm salt water is one way to decrease gum inflammation, it's important to see your dentist to make sure there are no other treatment to do. Brushing with baking soda and peroxide can also improve the health of gums as well as daily flossing.

Half a teaspoon of: salt in a full sized dinner glass can be enough to kill off oral bacteria. It's very important to pay attention to your gums. Gums play a major role not only in your dental health, but in your general health. Regardless, the cause of gum inflammation, there are steps you can take to minimize gum damage:see your dentist periodically, brush and floss properly 2X/day, drink water, eat well-balance.
