Radiculopathy: Pain radiating down the arm could be multiple things including a disc problem in the neck. If it has been going on for over a year after the first MRI, a second one would be in order. Pectoralis tightness will not cause this, but trapezius tight will. Trigger point injections to the trapezius could help relax that muscle and take pressure off of the nerves running down to the arm.
