Yes: Because of your previous history of ectopic pregnancy, you have a higher risk for a repeat ectopic. The increased HCG is encouraging for a intrauterine pregnancy, but you are not out of the woods for ectopic pregnancy unless and until a gestational sac is seen inside the uterus by ultrasound.
