Probably...: These symptoms could be consistent with deep vein thrombosis (blood clot)-- behind the calf--which has broken off and travelled to the lungs (pulmonary embolism). Symptoms could include calf pain and likely swelling of the lower leg on that side. Pain in the chest region (especially with breathing) or shortness of breath and increased heart rate could also be signs. I would go to ED if worried.
