Good pain specialist: Pt, heat, acupuncture, chiropracter, anti-seizure medications (like lyrica), anti-depressant medication and muscle relaxants can help a great deal. A good pain specialist can evaluate you and guide your treatment.

No magic bullet: Focus on solutions to improve two of the most common associated problems - poor sleep quality, and chronic lack of physical activity. Symptom scores of pain do improve when these two areas are addressed and quality of life is improved.
