I've been diagnosed eith fibromyalgia since i was 14 but i don't think that's what i have. any ideas?

Misdiagnosed: Most of the time unfortunately patinet are being misdiagnosed.If the dr does not know what you have , they call it fibromyalgia, which it unfair to most patient.I am not denying that the disease exist , I am saying is way over diagnosed .Therefore i recommend to be reevaluated to determine the real etiology of your pain.

Not overdiagnosed: Actually, fibromyalgia is not overdiagnosed. It is the most common rheumatoloigc disorder is women under 40 and the 2nd most common overall to osteoarthritis. It is the third most common diagnosis in a rheumatiologic practice. It is always worthwhile to get another opinion. See a rheumatologist.
