? normal for you: 29 mg/dl is a very low triglyceride level. It may just be genetic, but other causes should be excluded such as hyperthyroidism (overactive), malabsorption of fat, very low fat diet, or medication effects. Other labs are fine. A visit or discussion with your doctor should clarify. Perhaps your triglycerides have always been this low (? measured before) and this is normal for you. Good wishes:)
