I have a 1.4 bilirubin count...20 vitamin d and 217 cholesterol hdl level 77..ldl 128 ratio 2.8 ..i am on hormone replacement could this be a reason ?

Possibly: We don't know the long term effects of hormones. You have gilbert's condition due to a pile up of bilirubin (ask your doctor) and your vitamin d level is appallingly low. It should be between 60 and 80. :your cholesterol/hdl ratio is O.K.
