I was diagnosed with tmj & i believe it was from a car accident 4 months ago. i can hear my pulse in my ear. how can u get rid of that? it is annoying

Hearing your pulse in your ear is not necessarily related and often times will go away on its own. I recently experienced that for a few months and it went away.
