See an Oral surgeon: TMJ is a very common injury in car accidents. You need to be accurately diagnosed . An Oral surgeon who specializes in TMJ is recommended. Hearing your pulse in your ear is not necessarily related and often times will go away on its own. I recently experienced that for a few months and it went away. Check with an Oral surgeon who specializes in TMJ

TMJ specialist: Traumatic TMJ can be complex. See TMJ expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
