Stay hydrated: Are any family, friend or coworkers also sick? Do you have fevers/chills, night sweats, vomiting up stuff that looks like ground coffee? Diarrhea or constipation? Have you taken a pregnancy test? Can you keep medicine and water down? Lots of unknowns. Sounds like you need to get evaluated by a doc. If you can't hold down liquids, consider a visit to your doc to get IV fluids with electrolytes.

See below: You may have a gastrointestinal virus. Ginger tea can help calm down nausea. However, if your symptoms don't improve you will become dehydrated. So if you continue with inability to take liquids you need to see a doctor for medication to stop vomiting. If you are dizzy or lightheaded on standing it suggests significant dehydration> you may need IV fluids.
