Why cant external hemorrhoids be removed with out surgery?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not removed: While they cannot be removed, they can get better in terms of reduced size and symptoms. This can be done with of a variety of medications in cream and suppository forms, as well as managing bowel habits and the use of soaking in water with or without medication in it. Consider a consultation with a colorectal surgeon or your primary care to find out what's best for you. Hope this helps!
