I have scapular dyskinesis on my left side, when i lay down i sometimes get left chest pain, does this have to do with my ribs from blade out of line?

Conceivable: The pain may be generated through mechanical compression on the intercostal nerves. Is there a specific position that is triggering the pain? Have you tried to adjust your position slightly to the right or slightly to the left, see if there is an effect on the pain level?
