How long: How long has the scab been present? What is it from originally? In general if you recall an injury to the area and the scab is adherent, just give it time. However, if the lesion just looks like a scab and isn't from a recent injury I would recommend getting it checked. If an area is not healing, or nor resolving after a few weeks have it checked by your doctor.
