Don't want to go back to a tanning bed again because of my fear of developing skin cancer. is it possible that i might already have it?

Impossible to tell: The risk of tanning is related to the amount or dosage of radiation that your receive. Try to limit the radiation that your receive and keep a close eye on your skin as you get older. The tanning effect may not manifest itself for years.

Tanning : It is best to avoid tanning beds . A clear link between tanning bed use and skin cancer development exists. Use sun protection always . A dermatologist will be able to tell if a skin cancer is present.

Possible: If you have lesions of concern (or even if you don't see any) it would not hurt for you to visit your doc for a skin exam. Don't do tanning beds again please. The only thing that looks good brown and crispy is a piece of bacon.
