am female 27 yrs old i have adenomyosis in uterus , l had 3 faild ivf ,my question is there is atreatment for adenomyosis ?

No: Endometrial glandular development interdigitating within the uterine musculature enlarges the uterus and can cause heavy menstrual bleeding due to a "wringing out the sponge effect" at the time of the period. There is no known "cure" for this condition except hysterectomy at this time.
