Can a xy female with small uterus and no ovaries get pregnant by donated egg through ivf. what's the procedure ? please help

Talk to a specialist: Successful pregnancy requires a complex hormone milieu. I don't know if it can be done with exogenous hormone administration, but seems like it should be possible.

Maybe: The likelihood is probalby small, but depends on the cause of the dsd (disorder of sex development). T-fem usually doesn't have a functional uterus. If it is xy gonadal dysgenesis, maybe. You need an evaluation of the inside of the uterus (if there is a vagina and cervix to get there). If the uterine cavity is normal, substantial hormone treatment may allow ivf to work. Good luck.

Possible: Using donor egg it is possible. You need to seek out a reproductive endocrinologist. Make sure they have a donor egg program. Most do. If not, they can refer you. You have to take injections to hormonally prep and then the donor egg (or embryo) can be placed into your uterus. The size of your uterus will be evaluated.
