I found several pea size hard cysts on my boyfriends torso, around his left beast is one and a few on his right side stomach, he's been complaining of flu like symptoms what could this be also keeps saying his stomach hurts.

Unlikely: it is hard to say without doing a physical exam. But these hard, Pea sized knots, are probably small lipomas or cysts. I doubt that they have anything to do with his abdominal pain. Again, it is hard to say without an in person consultation.
