Stomach pain: Stomach pain in children is very common and #1 culprit is usually constipation. How has stooling pattern been lately. You stated child had stomach flu (vial gastroenteritis) recently - how recently... For example vomiting and diarrhea may have stopped 24-48 hours ago, but stomach may still cramp with adjustment to regular diet. Is it associated with any type of food? Any heartburn? Please see md.
