Bartholin's Cyst: What you are describing sounds like a infected Bartholin's cyst, although other things like herpes cannot completely be excluded without a physical exam. You should seek medical treatment at this time as you may need antibiotics or have it surgically removed.

I agree, expect for thinking that the higher position (next to the clitoris) is more likely the Skene's gland. The Bartholin's are lower.

Get an exam: There is no way to be sure without an exam. It could be anything from Herpes to hydradenitis and many things in-between.
