Get evaluated: most commonly this is neck arthritis that is pinching nerves, but other causes may be present as well. you may have a nerve entrapment like carpal or cubinal tunnel. you need to see a pain doc, or ortho doc for a full eval with x rays, neurologic assessment to determine the diagnosis and learn if this is a serious probllem. then you can start a treatment program to help resolve the problem
