Hi i never did this. well my foot doctor told me i have bursitis in my right heel he gave me a shot that didnt help and i did physical therapy and did?

Common: If you had 'bursitis' of the heel injections may not help and if you had a component of plantar fascitis then PT( 'coke- bottle' stretches etc.) is very commonly effective..Best of Luck!
