I have two bumps on the back my head, it has been here since i can remember. don't hurt, no irritation, nothing. what does this mean.?

Exostoses: If these have been present for years, are bony hard and show no growth,pain or tenderness, they may be boney growths(exostoses) of the skull and these are benign. However it's best to have your Physician examine them and advise you.
