Hi. there's a huge bump at the back of my head that suddenly appeared. i don't remember hitting my head. it is not painful to touch either. it just feels like bone. could this be just a common head bump?

You’re describing the appearance and growth of a new mass on the back of your skull. It is important that you get evaluated by a physician asap to determine the basis of that growth. Is it a bone tumor, a sebaceous cyst, or a soft tissue tumor? An xray, and/or biopsy may be necessary.
