Kidneys are failing: You have already lot most of your kidney function.U must see a Nephrologist,a Kidney and dialysis specialist.You don't need dialysis yet,but you are getting dangerously close.See if there is anything that can be done to slow down this advanced deterioration of this vital organ.Good luck

Kidney problem: Creatinine clearance is a measure of kidney function. This organ filters the blood of waste. If optimally working, the clearance should be well over 90, and if it is lower, creatinine builds up in the serum. This can occur in longstanding kidney injury or after acute damage (both of which have many possible causes)
