Rarely: Heart issues in infants and children are generally related to heart defects and those are detected within the first months. Older people have heart issues where they wear out or have vessel disease. Very rarely a kid can have a viral infection of the heart muscle, with progressive weakness, but I've only seen 1 in almost 4 decades.Tiredness is usually something else at that age.
