Hard to say: Chest pain in your age group can be anxiety/stress related, or sometimes heart, lung, intestinal related. A more complete history and exam would be suggested by your doctor especially if your symptoms are severe. Good luck.

It's hard to say: what this is without an examination. You should see your doctor to be checked. They can listen to your heart and lungs to check for a pneumonia or other problem. If you had trauma to the area, it could be related to your ribs, but that wouldn't make you tired. Best to be seen soon....
