Of concern: Work up for your anemia is needed in order to address proactively. An arbitrary limit for transfusion was set at Hb7.0, but you have symptoms attributable to anemia and will definitely benefit from a transfusion. Talk to your treating hematologist or primary care if you do not have a hematologist.

Yes, this is marked: anemia. Healthy Hb is typically about 14.0-17.5 g/dL, lower ♀, higher ♂. So the big issue is why Hb concentration is low: determined by balance of RBC loss vs. bone marrow rate of production of RBCs. Larger issue is likely RBC loss due to internal (e.g. intestinal) bleeding, iron loss or markedly shortened RBC life span (healthy ~3 months). Seek assistance worthy of your trust to sort out.
