Needs to be checked: A bump inside the cheek which moves when it is touched needs to be checked as it may be coming from the salivary gland,a cyst,or benign tumor Get it checked preferably by ENT Specialist,oral surgeon or your family doctor

Hello. I am a 37 year old woman. A few days ago I found a swollen bump under my skin on my left cheek near my ear. Over the next three days it spread to behind my ear and down my neck.
