Probable cyst: This may be an inclusion cyst, wen or abcess(boil) and would need to be examined by a physician for diagnosis,advice and treatment which could include hot compresses,incision and drainage and/or antibiotics. Apply hot(not too hot) compresses and Call your physician or go to the emergency room.
