Hello sir, i have gone through cbp last week, due to continuous cough since 3 months and report says wbc count is 11620, what type of precautions ?

High..: Indicates inflammatory state....most probably infection. If the differential count shows high granulocyte/neutrophil.....it is bacterial. If Lymphocytes are high it will be viral/mycobacterial.
