Should see doctor: A recurrent fever of 102 is high. There has to be an infection that needs to be treated especially after 10 days. The throat tightness has to be evaluated so as not to close off completely. Esr just mean inflammation. There are infections that can cause lymphocytosis or incongruence of infection and leukocytosis.
