Can get pregnant!: Women with PCOS can still get pregnant on their own if they are ovulating. PCOS doesn't make babies retarded in any way. Some women with PCOS don't have regular periods because they are not ovulating. These women can still get pregnant but may need assistance from an OB/Gyn to help them ovulate. Best wishes!
