Diagnosis: Ultrasound is one part (of 3) of diagnosing pcos, the others are blood androgen levels and irregular periods. Do you have these? Women with pcos who are also overweight often find improvement with weight-loss, but its still not a cure. Most pcos can be managed for pregnancy, but need to speak with a doctor who knows you for specifics.
