Go to ER: If you have had a dramatic increase in swelling you need to go to the ER now. The infection could be out of control or you could be having a dangerous allergic reaction to your medicines. Do not drive. Call 911 if you have no ride or are not very close to a hospital (less than 5 minutes)

Seek help now: The infection is draining into the soft tissues of your face. Antibiotics alone may not be enough at this point. If your dentist is not available then go to an urgent care facility.

You need to be seen: For an evaluation and possible drainage or IV antibiotics. This is driven by the suddenness of your increased swelling. 3 hours is too soon to expect significant symptom resolution from your clindamycin. Get to an urgent care facility asap..

ER or Urgent care: Sometimes, the infection from tooth abscess can progress to the point at which swelling threatens to block the airway, causing difficulty breathing. Go to ER if you feel generally ill, with nausea, vomiting, fevers, chills, and sweats. Do not delay!

Serious condition: I agree with all of the answers so far. This is a serious, possible life threatening situation either from the antibiotics or the infection or both. Do not delay and go to the ER immediately.
