Head pressure about 15 secs after standing no pain not dizzy. when i read about orthostatic hypo symptoms, never say head pressure. what other cause?

Orthostasis: Gravity-induced blood pooling in legs compromises venous return of blood leading to reduced cardiac output, hence lowering of arterial BP. Some causes are Dehydration, Blood loss, Diuretics, Diabetes, Atherosclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Inner ear problems, Tricyclic antidepressants, Cannabis, Eating disorders, Postpartum women, Vitamin B12 deficiency Alcohol.
