30 years old pregnant 7 weeks. ultrasound showed 5 mm echogenic focus in right ovary that may represent a dystrophic calcification. what does this mean?

Dystrophic calcification is term used for normal deposition of calcium in area where there was some tissue damage. It is not a cause for concern. It is just a form of a scar.
