Its all about energy: Your body has only so much 'energy' or resources for the day-so if you want to practice softball, you should think seriously about how well (or not) you feel and realize that if you go out and practice, you're diverting precious resources that could be used to finish off the infection to playing a game. Since I'm a doctor, I have my ideas about what to do-recover first! -10 hrs of sleep, soup, etc
