Response: Could well be that the neck pathology is triggering your headaches. You might benefit from motorized cervical traction to hopefully take pressure off the "pinched nerve". Would avoid manipulative therapy of all kinds at this point. Be cautious with analgesic meds as these can backfire and increase headaches. Prophylactic anti-migraine drugs may assist.
