For what length of time do vitamins stay in our bodies?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Raj Singh answered

Varies: Fat soluble vitamins a, d, e and k are stored in body fat and stay longer and can cause toxicity. All other vitamins are water soluble and removed rapidly.
